This tranquil escape, nestled at 7,200 ft in Limuru, offers a deep dive into Kenya’s tea heritage. The journey begins with a 10:00 AM pickup from Nairobi, arriving at 11:00 AM for a warm welcome with tea or coffee. Hosted by Fiona Vernon, you’ll learn the farm’s 100-year history and tea-making process, followed by a walk through tea fields. From 12:00 PM, explore the indigenous forest with a guide who shares insights on local plants and spot Colobus monkeys. Return to the house at 1:00 PM for a pre-lunch drink on the verandah with Ngong Hills views, then enjoy a three-course buffet lunch using farm-fresh ingredients. The tour wraps up with a 3:00 PM departure back to Nairobi, arriving by 4:00 PM.
